About
Growth Consulting is a go-to-market strategy firm for software, fintech and financial services companies. We help leadership teams decide where to compete, what to say, how to price and how to build pipeline they can forecast. Then we stay until the system runs without us.

01 — Why we exist
Companies in our markets do not lack ideas. They lack a clear view of which constraint matters most, and the discipline to fix it before funding the next idea.
Most go-to-market advice starts from a framework and looks for places to apply it. We start from your data: where you win, where you lose, what your buyers actually say and where the funnel leaks. The answer is usually narrower, and more useful, than a framework would suggest.
We built Growth Consulting to do the unglamorous part well: get the numbers right, make one decision at a time, test before scaling, and hand over a system your team can run.
The Growth Consulting seal
02 — The seal
A seal is how a partner signs off on work they stand behind. Ours sets our initials inside a square rule and ends with a single vermilion square: the full stop.
That square is the point every engagement ends on: one clear decision, with the evidence behind it. It is also the only colour we allow ourselves on most pages, which says something about how we think about focus.
03 — How we work
They are simple to state and harder to keep, which is why we write them down.
01
The people who scope the work do the work. There is no hand-off to a junior team after the first meeting.
02
Every recommendation comes with the data behind it, and a clear label when a number is an estimate.
03
Knowing what not to fund is often worth more than the next idea. Our memos say both.
04
We report against your baseline, your pipeline and your forecast, not metrics we chose for ourselves.
04 — Who we work with
We would rather tell you on the first call than three months in.
A good fit
B2B software, fintech or financial services companies
An established product with paying customers
A leadership team ready to make trade-offs
Data in a CRM, even if it is messy
A team that will own the work after we leave
Not a fit
Pre-product companies looking for an outsourced team
Volume targets with no regard for quality
Consumer brands without a sales-assisted motion
Projects where we cannot see the data
